Squier Precision Special 5, 5-string P bass in Shoreline Gold.
This bass was built in 2002, during Squier's 20th Anniversary, but I've only owned it a couple months. I recently bought three of these and need to be more realistic. I also have a Sherwood Green bass for sale and once one of them sells, the other is off the market (for now anyway...after all, this is TalkBass where we change our gear more often than our socks).
This is a 34 in. scale 5-string with a 2 in wide nut. Typical P-Bass string spacing. Weighs about 9-1/2 lbs.
The electronics feature two J type pickups with Volume, Volume, Tone and a side mounted output jack.
Plays well and sounds great!
Overall condition is pretty good. There are some scuffs and dents and some buckle marks, nothing really obscene, and to my knowledge, nothing through the finish. A previous owner drilled a hole for an alternate location of the bottom strap button. Shown in the photos below.
