Hey Yall, what i have here started out as a stock Squier VM series Telecaster bass. A Fender aficionado friend of mine did some upgrade work on it to replicate a true 70's style appearance. Here goes: neck has been reshaped( still very P-bass profile-like) and refinished in Nitrocellulose lacquer with a vintage tint and also has a period correct Fender decal. Frets were polished and rounded at fretboard edges. Bridge has been replaced with a BadAss III string-thru. Has Fender bridge ashtray cover, thumbrest and knobs. Here's a sweet deal-tuners have been replaced w/ Hipshot Lollipops( around 120 bux for a set shipped). Tuners are not attached in pix, but bass will have them, a setup and strings when i ship. Also includes a Fender tweed gigbag. These basses are full of old school tone, they track great in the studio and the pickup is HOT!
Thanks for looking!
