Steve built this bass for me in 2006. It has not had much playtime since then. It is in excellent condition and will ship in a new molded Fender Jazz Bass case. Here are the particulars:
Alder Body 3-color Sunburst finish(Poly), 3 piece quarter-sawn maple neck, Pau Ferro(Bolivian Rosewood) fingerboard with a 34" scale and 21 fretlines, double action thruss rod(adjustment at headstock), and two 1/8" x 3/8" graphite stiffening rods. 16" radius and very thin profile, with MOP position markers and 21 fretlines inlaid in maple. Poly finished fretboard and satin finished neck. Fender vintage style tuning keys. Bartolini pickups, model 9CBJD, all cavities lined and grounded w/ copper foil. CTS pots and switchcraft output jack. Dunlap straplocks. Thru body stringing w/ cast brass-chromed bridge and Graphtech barrels. Cyr logo on headstock and engraved in the neck mounting plate. Weight is a little over 9 lbs.
Cost about $900. new - Will sell for $700. (Which includes Priority Mail shipping to mainland/48 states - I'm in Hawaii) Will charge exact shipping cost to send elsewhere/out-of-country. I can accept PayPal or Merchant Credit Cards (But I'm not a dealer!) |
