After some consideration, Stingrays are just not for me - so I'm going to move this on.
You all know the SR4. Here's the "mojo".
- a few small nicks & dings (the worst is pictured)
- lots of neck discoloration - actually looks kind of cool in a way.
- small amount of corrosion on the poles
- some sort of ID# scratched into the neck plate
- "rough" tone pot - not noisy, just not smooth
- some fret wear, but definitely life left
I bought it like this, with a paisley pick guard installed (included) - which gave me dry heaves:-). Added a "faded" union jack, as I thought it looked cool on the black/maple. All chrome is in perfect condition, and she plays & sounds like a Stingray should. Currently strung with almost new DR Hi Beams (45-105)
