Single H Stingray 5 in Ice Blue finish w/ tort guard. It seems to be kind of a fairly rare color (looks like it may be discontinued too) and it's in really great shape. The only bump I could find was a very minor tiny bump at the end of the head. The frets are in amazing shape. I only use nickle rounds on my basses. IIRC, this is a 2009. The Ice Blue finish is stunning in person. I really like this bass and am still up in the air about moving it on. But it seems that I'm not using it as much as I used too. Comes with OHSC.
Traded!
some trade ideas (+/- cash or multiple bass trades for the right deal):
Carvin SB5000
62RI P bass
57RI P bass
62RI J bass

MIA P or J basses
RW P or J basses
Laklands (not really looking for 44-01, 55-01, 44-02, 55-02s)
Sadowsky
Low End
Alleva Coppolo

The other 2 guys we had playing with us are great musicians. I've got some more stuff from that night that I need to get posted up. Will let you know when I do, if you'd be interested. Quote:

Before I got my Stingray Classic, I came real close to pulling the trigger on an Ice Blue/maple 'Ray from The Perfect Bass. That one had a white pearloid pickguard on it, but you're right - it's a stunning color! Good luck with the sale...

If you weren't trying to get rid of an SR5, I'd offer mine in trade for the Fender J5 - which, ironically enough, I previously owned and traded for the SR5 I have now.
I put those Lakland/Hanson pickups in and they made a huge improvement in the tone of the bass! Wish I had the cash to buy it back. |

I agree. They made a huge difference. I love the bass. It is by far one of the best playing Fender Vs I've ever had. The neck is butter smooth. I'm still up in the air about moving it, but just itchy to try some new gear.
if someone would by my Harley, I wouldn't be getting rid of any of these. |
