The sub-$500 bass bonanza!!!

Hi Talkbass

Up for sale is a fine selection of great instruments I've accumulated throughout the years.

All have been professionally set up and adjusted and have dunlop strap-locks.

First, and one of my faves..

Electra Phoenix x640w w/ OHSC...SOLD

A great unique vintage instrument. This has dual P-style pickups and an onboard preamp. The controls are Volume, Boost treble/bass, and tone. the switches are pickup selctor, phase, series/parallel, and preamp on/off.

It has a brass nut and p-style neck, and is a real tone monster!

There are a few hairline cracks in the finish, but nothing that affects playability.

Peavey Patriot w/ OHSC...SOLD

White with Black pick guard and a single super ferrite pickup. This is a great sounding bass with a fast neck and tank-proof hard shell case. There are a few scuffs along the bottom edge and a small crack in the pick guard next to the input jack.

Takamine EG512C A/E in Amber Quilted Maple w/ OHSC...$370 + actual shipping

This acoustic bass is pretty highly regarded for the tone quality it has, plus this is in a rare amber quilted maple color. It has a built in tuner and pre-amp, plus a hard shell case and sound-hole cover for playing with an amp.

Squier Vintage Modified Jazz w/ tweed hardshell case...$275 + actual shipping

Pretty popular around here, this one is in almost new condition. Never gigged, professionally set up, and with a very cool tweed hardshell case.

Epiphone Les Paul Special with OHSC and Aguilar OBP-2 Preamp...$250 + actual shipping

I've had this for quite some time. It's an older model with the bolt-on neck rather than the newer set-neck models. I added a two band pre-amp to this, with bypass switch. This also comes with a nice fitted Epiphone case.

I can provide pictures of specifics if needed!

Thanks for looking!

Epiphone:

34" Scale

I'd say 1 5/8" at the nut?

Around 6 lbs on the bathroom scale.

Thanks!
