[b]Sold[\b] I really like this bass, and it is a real looker. I took off the ash tray and pickup cover that come with the bass, and these are long gone. I used black pickguard screws and replaced the original tort pickguard with a nice All Parts Jazz Bass guard. Note that there is a tiny gap between the pickguard and the control plate.
The fretwork is very good, and the neck is stable and straight. This bass plays quite nicely, and sounds very good.
The bridge pickup is slightly longer than the neck pickup, as is standard on Fender Jazz Basses. Many SX basses came with both pickups in the neck dimensions, but not this one.
The bass is loaded with D'addario Chromes flatwound strings.
I'm asking $170 shipped in the US, and for an extra $15 I'll throw in a gig bag. If you'd rather have roundwounds, I'll put on some slightly used Carvin nickel rounds and reduce the price by $10.
I really don't need to sell, so I'm pretty firm on the prices.
