FS: Takamine EG512CFG acoustic/electric bass with hardshell case. Spruce top with beautiful flame maple back and sides. In perfect condition, except: 2 cracks in the laquer around the electronics unit (as seen in the picture). This is on the side of the body, in the upper curve. The wood is perfect, just the clear laquer has the cracks in it. I bought this as a second from the factory several years ago (you can actually see the "2nd" stamp on the label inside), and I hardly ever play it (never been gigged). Tone is great both unplugged and plugged in. Electronics have the built in tuner with bass boost and mid-shift. No fret wear. Again, this is in excellent condition except for the cosmetic flaw I already mentioned and took a picture of, and it can only be seen ny the player. Includes hard shell case. Excellent condition.
I'd prefer to sell this locally (I'd drive up to 2 hours from Louisville, KY), but I'll consider all offers.
