This time for realz, yo - Fender American Deluxe Jazz FMT V (soundclips inc)

This has to be, like, the 3rd or 4th time I've listed this but finally, I'm sure that I want to do this. This has been easily, one of my favorite basses and I'm not one to get attached but as you can see, I've had some difficultly letting go of it, lol. It looks amazing, sounds amazing, and can handle anything that you throw at it and then some. It pretty much confirmed for me that I really dig jazz basses. I've put over $500 into this bass to make it sound even better than it did when I got it. But, as I'm sure we all know, times change, and tonal preference along with it.

I'd rate it's aesthetic condition at 8.5/10. It's got a few dings, but nothing bigger than about 2mm. One on the back where solder touched the finish, one on the lower horn, and another near the input jack but that didn't remove the finish. Of course, it's 100% "functional" and by "functional", I mean badass .

CLICK THE PIC FOR MORE!

BODY:: Alder
TOP:: Quilted Maple
NECK:: Maple
FINGERBOARD:: Pau Ferro, white binding w/ MOP Blocks
PICKUPS:: Delano JC 5HEs
PREAMP:: Bartolini HR-4.7A/P 3-band preamp with 3-way mid-selector (250/500/800Hz)
SCALE:: 34 inch. 22 frets
STRING SPACING:: 18mm
WEIGHT:: less than 9lbs
EXTRA: Full Schaller Strap-Lok system, original gold pickup screws (black being used currently), cleaning cloth, truss rod tool
SOUND/VIDEO CLIPS:: Clip 1 (w/ the Bart pickups) Clip 2 (w/ the Delanos)

It's yours for $1500 shipped (CONUS) in it's Fender OHSC.
I'm open to international shipping so long as the buyer cover the cost. Even without the mods, this is one of the best basses Fender has made, in my opinion, and with them it goes even beyond that.

This time it's for sale only, so no trades please. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the offers but I've got what I want and what I don't have, I need cash to buy.

NICE... I love these basses. Easily some of the finest instruments Fender ever made. With those improvements, I'm sure it'd almost unbeatable for sound, playability, etc.

The pic click just separated THAT pic into a window for me... so, here's a link that worked better!

Would you happen to have the original Fender parts? If so, how much would you sell it with the original Fender parts only.

There's a very good chance I will but I can't afford two have two pricey, fretted basses chillin at the crib right now . Until, I've got some kind of income or my own place I'm just gonna limit myself to two, total.
