For Trade: '75 Gibson Ripper Fretless for Your 5 String

Hello, All;

I'm looking to trade my '75 Gibson Ripper Fretless for a decent 5 string.

I think that this was converted to fretless, but am not sure. The person I bought this from did not know either.

As you can see from the pictures, there is some wear and tear on this bass. Someone removed the 3 point bridge and replaced it with a Badass bridge. They also filled in the holes that were used to string through the body. This would ship in a gig bag, and I will have it professionally packaged for shipment.

I am placing the trade value at $500.

As far as what I'm looking for...I'm open to just about any good 5 stringer that is similarly valued. For the right bass, I would consider adding a few hundred dollars to the deal, though at this time I would prefer an even swap.

I'm definitely interested in Carvins, Ibanez, MIM Fenders and some of the Schecters.

I'm not interested in trading for a 4 string, so any 4 string offers will not be responded to.

Here's a couple of pictures

If you have questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Brian
