Hi Ya'll. I have a mid 90s G&L SB-2 coming to me next week due to a bit of an odd deal. TMALSS- I most probably will be trading this fine bass away due to my love for Fenders but not G&Ls.
Here is the description from the recipient...
To tell you a bit more about the bass. It's a late 90's, 3 bolt micro-tilt neck, sunburst body, maple fretboard, and it's had a recent set up as well as a couple of mods.
The fret ends were dressed and the fretboard was rounded off a bit, second thing was the addition of a stacked V/V pot to make room for a tone pot without doing any drilling or wood carving! All the original parts are incl. as is a G&L HSC.
All the work was completed by a professional Luthier/instrument builder.
I would be interested in straight trades for any Fenders especially USA or those of the old (80s early 90s) Japanese variety.
