I am able to play between the pup cover and string saddles (my preferred spot) now, since the mute area is no longer in the way. Got a D-tuner on the Jazz, and haven't put the pup covers on it yet. Will probly only install the neck-pup one so I can still play near the bridge. I'll send pics, after I get home from my mini-vacation.
