TRADE FEELER - SADOWSKY MV5 1 Attachment(s) So........ I traded for a Sadowsky Mv5 - serial # M298 - Black on Black. The previous owner (a tb'er) had installed Lollars and had Roger install VTC. I am still having trouble moving to 19mm spacing, coming off a stingray 5 and my Brubaker with 18MM. Also, I think I prefer a rosewood neck and fralins or nordies. I am going to keep working with it but ultimately want to be comfortable. Like to swap for a Lull M5v with 18mm Also interested in MM classic Ray 5 I would also be interested in RV5 or Modern 5 Would consider going back to stingray 5 for the right one plus cash email me with offers and for more pics kobadeals@comcast.net I'll be working with it every night so maybe I will grow into it within a week or 2 KOB |
neck 1 Attachment(s) Heres a pic of back of neck. There is a spot that is a little worn through the finish, just from use. |
So a metro I take it? If so cant be 2002. Don't think they started making them to 03/04. I had NAMM #2. Cool bass. Weight? |
M298 ON HEADSTOCK....ANY HELP HERE? |
Early one for sure. I think 2003 NAMM was the launch. |
M298 would be in the 2004 year. |
Thanks Tim, here is an email from Roger confirming that This is first year Metro production late 2003, early 2004. It is an MV5 Regards, Roger |

Putting an 18mm nyc bridge on it and sadowsky singles. Going to see how it goes before I think of selling, could be keeper. I am still interested in a Lull so if there is one out there please pm me. |
