My bass is a 2001 Lakland 55-01. (Rare) Candy Apple Red with Maple Board. One of the first 300 that had Gotoh style tuners. One went bad and I changed them all to US Hipshot Ultralights. Preamp has been upgraded to a US Bartolini 5.2AP and the pickups have also been upgraded to US MK5CBC's. Straploks. Aprox. 9.5lbs. In excellent condition. No visible body, neck or headstock nicks. Great playing and sounding bass. Well taken care of. Will post more pics tonight.
What I want is a US Fender Jazz 5 string w/maple board. Any finish but natural. Must be in great condition and less than 10lbs. Can be a Deluxe or Standard model. 2001 or newer.
Will also consider a Lakland JO5 same as above.
I'm looking to do a straight up trade only. I don't need a case unless you're throwing it in the deal. I will ship with a generic gig bag.
