Trade: Two cirrus' for a six string fretless!

Sign in to disble this ad
I really love both of these basses, they are amazing, solid, versatile instruments. But I'm really craving a six string fretless with an ebony board. I'm thinking hexabuzz, roscoe, or something preferably with 17 or 18 mm spacing. though fbass would be an exception. I'm also willing to add some cash for the right bass.

FS/FT US Peavey Cirrus, 5Str
there are some pictures of the five string, its and alder/maple with pau ferro board in peacock blue.

The other one is a six string lined fretless with pau ferro board and alder/maple body. It has some string wear on the fingerboard but not bad. Its also missing three of the knobs, but I'll figure out a way to get some more, mailed to you if need be. I'll try to get some pictures of the fretless up here in a few days.

Let me know what you have!

thanks

The Cirrus USA 5 is sweet. I don't have what you're looking for in trade, will you consider an outright sale?

I can do 775 shipped for the five string. 900 for the six. I'm also interested in five string lakland skylines. 5502, dj, or jo.
I just played the fretless yesterday, and I may keep it, it sounds and plays wonderful.

Missing Knobs

Replacing the missing knobs should be easy.

Peavey parts dept is 877-732-8391. I called because I lost some knobs on my Peavey Max bass pre-amp. They had them, and sold them to be for something like 50 cents each! I think Peavey customer service is excellent. Maybe that is because you are calling Mississippi and not Bungalapre, India.

I think I'm keeping the fretless, its to nice of a bass. I will trade the fretted for another five string, fretted or fretless. Preferably a lakland 5502.
