Leo's kids recently reunited. Forced by hardship to be split up again.

'81 G&L L-2000 Series E slot pole pickups,
1 11/16 #5 neck, black body with lots of stories to tell.
Maple neck with skunk stripe and ebony fretboard.
Neck has been shaved, might have had a refret at one time.
Frets recently leveled. Neck is great.
A switch was added to keep the battery from being used in passive mode.

Comes with Roto stainless rounds, your choice of gig bag or non original hard case with broken handle.

I would challenge any 70s stock Fender P or J to an A/B test on tone.
I've done it and these are tone monsters and at half the price.

Leo considered this his best bass. Nuff said.

Disclosure: I rehearsed with this last night and cannot tell a difference between series and parallel. On my other one the difference is well defined.
