Two (2) Basses For Sale -- Very Cheap!

Sign in to disble this ad
First up is a '67 Kay SG copy I just recieved on a trade. I really do dig it's feel and wish I could keep it, but now I need to pay for a bass interest that came up after this trade was in motion. Here's the original thread w/pics.
FS / FT: Kay SG Bass
Asking price is what was originally asked. $150 shipped. No trades. Paypal in the ConUSA.

Next is an SX SPB57-3TS fretless. Upgraded (slightly) with pots & knobs from Bayou Cables and copper shielded cavities. It is in vg condition but for a scratch in the finish behind the bridge. Even the maple board is fine; it's always worn flats.
I have no pics yet, but I hope to get them. New was $110 plush shipping; I'll take $90 shipped. No trades.
Paypal in the ConUSA.

Thanks

Is the SX a short scale or the full (not offered right now)?

Short scale, only reason I'm not snagging it, good luck with the sale.

This Kay wears a 30" scale; using 20 frets...well, 21 counting the 0-fret. I haven't put it onto the scale yet, but I can't imagine it weighs anything more than 6lbs.

This Kay has been confirmed to weigh 6lbs--as per the bath scale.
I have, however, decided to keep it, so this thread is closed.

Thanks
