This is one of a production run of 79: pretty hard to come by.
The Brad Houser Specs: 5 String, 35 inch scale, two Reverend stacked Jazz pickups, 3-position coi tap for each pickup (parallel, single coil, series), volume for each pickup, master tone control, Hipshot bridge and Hipshot Ultralite tuning keys.
I'm the original owner; I bought it new from Mountain Music in KC. It's been used very little, and aside from light swirling in the p/g from cleaning it's in mint condition. I also have the tuxedo case-which is BH5 specific from the 5L due to the wider neck; it's likewise in super condition.
The color is what Reverend called Faux Mahogany; hard rock maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Reverend do exceptional necks; the fretwork is stellar, the edges and fret ends being nicely rolled for a great played in feel. She's wearing new SIT stainless rounds. It came with nickels, I prefer the slightly brighter sound of the stainless. I have all the paperwork, case candy, and tools.
The three position coil taps let you go from a nice Jazz single coil, to the progressively bigger sounds of dual parallel, and dual series and are individually selectable for each pickup. Furthermore, individual volume for each pickup lets you effectively blend single and dual coil sounds as well.

Neck dive = negligible; I use a 3" wide cloth strap. It hangs without diving.
The upper horn goes to ~ 14th position versus standard fender 12th position.
