This bass began life as a US Decade, but an owner tried to route the front pick up to take a dark star... didnt work. One of the guys at the factory had single coil chi-sonics installed along with the tort guard... and a Skyline rosewood neck. Now before you comment on the neck, let me say it is a 2002 Joe Osborn neck... so it might as well be a US.
I just cant seem to play this one without banging on the front pick up... I love the sound of the Chi-s, but cant seem to overcome the shape, etc... so someone is going to get a great bass for a song!!
US Decade (for all purposes) in a Lakland case that has seen some road time... the middle latch is sprung, but the top & bottom latches are fine and the case does it's job to protect this instrument. The only visible blemishes are just below the rear pick up, as seen in the photos 2 small holes have been drilled??? Let's say $1150 shipped to the lower 48.
This is slightly higher than a Skyline Decade, and trust me... there is NO comparison!! She is also wearing a new set of Chromes.
Paypal is preferred, no international shipping.
pm or e-mail with questions, offers, etc...
Trade interests would be Bob Glaub / Duck Dunn with Maple boards, prefer earlier Skyline models... or possibly a P-Bass with Oly White / Tort / Maple... give it a try, all I can say is no...
Thanks.

| | | | Terry, you get the oddest stuff. You have now graduated to the status of Tradethestrangestlakaholic. It seems like every Lakland passes through your hands before it goes to it's owner. You are THE Lakland test driver! |

| | | | BTW 1/2 of the Lakland basses I own I got from Terry. I would also be willing to bet at least one of the other 2 probably passed through Terry's hands at one time. I would love to have this one also but unfortunatly Terry has taken all my loose change. He is a great guy to deal with and is super at breaking in Laklands. |
