I'm bought this bass NOS from a brick & mortar music shop about 4 months ago. It's a fantastic example of G&L craftsmanship. The condition is nearly new, never been gigged, and will include the G&L authenticity certificate, molded HS case with keys, & case candy. I believe the color is Honeyburst, because the color darkens at the edges. 1.75 at the nut.
The L2000 is the bass for me, but I overspent and I'd like to pay some down some bills. I have my eye on a L2K tribute on the forum. I'll check the weight tomorrow, the the hand tag says 8.7 pounds. If the bass I'd like to pick up sells, I'm going to keep this one.

| | | | The bass in not a trubute model, it's made in the USA and includes the case & Certificate of Authenticity. I'm not sure of the year, I understand you have to remove the neck to find the year. If it's possible to find the year via serial number, I'd take a look at it. I just bought the bass new from a music store in August, so I assume it's within a year or two old. Either way, it's like new. |

Either way, it's like new. | G&L Registry.com is an owner input registry and if you search your serial# and model,(skip color etc), you might get an idea, from similar serial numbers. |
