USA Koa BC Rich Mockingbird ($1200 OBO) Price Drop!

Sign in to disble this ad
Here is my koa USA BC Rich Mockingbird (TJ). All electronics function as they should. Restored/refreshed by Neal Moser. Condition is "as new". No nicks, chips or scratches. During refinish (I assume) the serial number was destroyed. No other issues. Comes with a factory hardshell case that has seen better days.....case is "cracked" near one of the latches. It still protects the bass and functions fine but I would would replace it if it left the house often (I'm a protective spaz).
Here are a few pics to start and I'll update with more later today (Rickenbacker 4004LK not included )......

$1200/OBO plus exact shipping.

Slightly but not too bad. With the wide strap that I use it isn't an issue for me at all.

Really nice, Do you have a close up of the back of the headstock? Would you have a guess to the year? Usually those numbers are pretty deep....
Thanks

I can take a pic for you, but I assure you that there is nothing there. It must have been a shallow stamping. At the BC Rich Forum they seemed to think '79-'80.

It is a 4004LK (Lemmy signature).....limited to production run of 60, mine is #21. Hand carved walnut with checkerboard binding and star fret position markers. I post pics of it every chance I get.....just do a search for "4004LK" for better pics.

Price drop!

I planned on putting it on eBay a few days ago but have been too busy/lazy. So again I'll listen to the crickets chirping as I offer it for $1200 plus shipping.

That's a steal on a ridiculously cool bass. I've dealt with the seller in the past (HI!) he is a good guy with great stuff. Good luck with the sale.

How much does it weigh? And what does "TJ" stand for?
