USA Peavey Axelerator, active fretless 4, a beauty!

Sign in to disble this ad
One of my personal basses, a Peavey USA Axelerator active unlined fretless 4. Far and away..the best fretless I've ever owned (and I've had many) Its just sitting here, as I'm not involved with any fretless applications right now.

Its the best playing and sounding fretless that you will pick up! Super thin neck, and ultra mega low action. Has had flats on it all of its life....beautiful fretboard. Active electronics make this thing sound like whatever you want it to!! All orig and works flawlessly...orig pearl PG and HiMass bridge too. I have the orig tool kit and the manual also.

Nearly no wear anywhere...just a few very tiny nicks that you would have to really hunt for to even find. Brand new set of flats on it last week.

Price is $325 plus a few bucks for shipping with the orig almost mint HSC, or $300 with a nice gig bag. Sorry Bro's...I gotta be firm on price on this one...but fretted 4-string trade offers are fine!

Its 1.5 at the nut, but the actual thickness of the neck is much thinner than a jazz bass.

Looking forward (but nervous) to receiving my 1st fretless axe. It does look amazing. I promise that if I get too frustrated, I will re-post here before I damage it - or myself. Can't wait. Denny has the most amazing gear.

OK, now I have to have one of these (4 or a 5'er) in this color.
I'm scratching everything else off my GAS list until this happens.

Denny, any idea what color Peavey calls that?
