USA Peavey Millenium 4

Sign in to disble this ad
I just got this very nice bass in a trade. It took less than 5 minutes of playing to realize two things in particular. These US made Millenniums are some of the best basses to bear the Peavey name. Also, after playing 5 and six string basses for the last twenty years, a 4 string will not suit my needs. This thing sounds good enough for me to play it anyway. But, unfortunately I know that it should be in someone else's hands. The original link is, USA Peavey Millenium 4 FT . On top of sounding like a million bucks, it is in very good condition. The finish definitely, IMHO, gives it a vintage vibe. It is difficult to capture in a photo. But I was pleasantly surprised that it is not just a "plain" white finish. Very nice indeed. There are a few nicks and dings here and there but nothing major at all. I would say it is a 8 out of 10 easy.

Asking price is 460.00 shipped in the US. or perhaps a trade involving a 5 or 6 string bass with at least 17mm string spacing. OBO.

I'm open to offers...but in all honesty, there is a LOT more bass here than the asking price suggests.

So true! These U.S.A. Millenniums are a great bang for the buck!

I JUST received a Millenium last week..

They're on par with my Cirrus basses.

I'd forgotten how good they were.. ideal for the gigs I go DI to the board.

If I hadn't just bought one of these, I'd snatch this up in a hot second.

As your very cool avatar would suggest, One good bass deserves another: In a different color.
These really are awesome basses. If it had five strings, I would not part with it. From the looks of it though, I may not part with it after all.

Well if I didn't already own two USA Millenniums, I'd snatch this up as well. Someone needs to buy this, these are extremely underrated instruments!

Oh...and free bump!

I would but my Maple Cirrus is doing a gr8 job and esp since it has the Millenium preamp I am set. My Cirrus now has a familiar Wah sound like an Alembic

Why did I have to open this thread? Just reminds me how much I want that bass (I tried to get it from the previous owner) and also reminds me that I don't have any money.

$400 is a steal and it makes me sick that I can't get it right now!

Talking A Steal Indeed...

Whoever comes thru with the funds will definitely get a steal of a deal here, and have no regrets.
