USA Peavey Millenium Plus 4 (flame top)

Sign in to disble this ad
********SOLD***********pending funds**************************

I have a USA Peavey Millenium Plus in excellent condition. It has the flame top, hipshot hardware, Hipshot D tuner, String through body, 2 Jazz pickups and the same pre amp that only the top of the line Tiger's eye Cirrus has. Plastic film is still on the back control plates. These go for a grand new. Quick sale price reduced to $400.00 shipped in the continental US. Open to resonable offers though. Will be shipped in a gig bag and double boxed. Pay Pal payment only. The only trade I am looking for would be a Eppiphone Jack Casady (+ $ from me), or a Warwick Thumb fretless or FNA jazzman (4 strings)+ $ from me.

It sounds and plays great too. If I had any interest in 4 strings again, I'd buy this in a heartbeat.

I thought the 'Plus' always indicated a SC/MM pickup config?

Nope. The "Plus" is the deluxe model of the Millenium--Hipshot Extenders came standard on them, as well as a flame maple top. There may be a couple other differences too, but I'm not sure. But, the Plus models came in MM/J and J/J configurations. (I owned a 4 string Millenium Plus J/J almost identical to this a few years ago).

Yup, Todd is doing great by me on a BBE Bmax-T. USPS decided to dump someting on it's corner somewhere along the way and Todd has gone out of his way to make sure things are right.

Bump for a fine bass. The J pickup on the MM/J models is not a single coil but rather a stacked humbucker J.

My digital scales reads 8.5 to 8.6 lbs. Here is a full shot. I believe I forgot to mention in the original add that it has Mple Possition markers on the fretboard. Very nice touch. I usually replace the strings with D'Addarios before I ship a bass, but If you dont mind the old ones that are on there now, I would sel for the reduced price of $400.00 Shipped in the lower 48.

This is an amber color? Some pictures it looks yellow and others it looks brown. Is the neck plain maple or figured?

It's closer to the fisrt picture. My camera sucks. It's deffinately not yellow. Amber is a good description.

I would take;

(ALL 4 strings)

Jack Casady Eppiphone + $ from me
Warwick dolphin + $ from me
Warwick Thumb BO Fretted or fretless + $ from me
Warwick FNA JAzzman + $ from me
SWR Henry the 8X8
Phill Jones amp (not the breif case model) + $ from me

I would also take any of these for my USA Tiger's Eye Cirrus + $ from you (see my other add for pics).
