Very Dangerous Squire Jazz-5, Fretless, $250 + Shipping

Gone...

De-fretted Squire 5-string Jazz Bass. Very slick de-fret and polish on Ebonol fingerboard, passive/active operation, blue LED light (yeah, it's blue... ). Get your Bauhaus mojo on with this sinister, sensationally appointed experience-heightening Avatar of cool and tone.

I'm working on better photos, but here's the jist:

Seriously a bad-a** piece of work, tone and looks that brings Squire to it's best level. Cool bass, great gig-er if fretless is your animal.

Thanks for looking in. To the Face of Doom...

Gorgeous-looking fretless!
Two questions, if I may: 1. What did you do to the back of the neck? It looks so sharp I bet Fender is trying to figure out how to copy it without patent infringement!, and 2. Is the L.E.D. A battery strength indicator?

Thanks!

1. Nothing. She is what she is... (Fender-schmender... )

2. The LED is just there... more of a 'pick finder' and generally intimidating element than anything.

Stop it. You're embarrassing me.

But yes, a fine little beastie is she.

My bad!
What I thought was the back of the neck was the de-fretted fingerboard!
(Yikes! I was barely awake when I looked at your photos, but still... Sheesh!)
Okay, so what was used to make those way-cool glossy fretlines?

I understand, it's kind of stealthy to look at... the fillets are Ebonol- or some kind of composite like it.

There can be an 'inexpensive' gig bag included, sure.

The switch-able deal is a mod, along with the LED. I'm pretty sure it started life as an active bass.

Thanks for your liberality, atom-one-year-younger-than-me...

I've got a fretted one also- great bass, and my #1 gig-stick.
