Warmoth 5 String Jazz Feeler

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a 5 string warmoth Jazz Bass I am looking to trade ideally towards a combo bass amp, cabinet, or head/amp, and wanted to see if there is any interest in it. THE GOOD Its a Candy apple red alder body, with a maple/rosewood neck with perloid block inlays, Lindy Fralin pickups and assembled by Jon Maghini of M Basses. The bad...the pickguard which is tortoise shell had to be retrofitted onto it, and therefore has a gap around the pickups and around the control plate (the screw holes should be in the correct position for a new better cut pickguard. The tuners were originally grover tuners, but were switched to hipshot tuners and therefore has had some wood fill in work done on the back of the headstock. Otherwise a great sounding, playing and looking Jazz, but without an amp...my LEJ just doesn't quite sound as good.
Will try to get pics up a little later of the good and the bad, but shoot me a message if you are interested.

pics up on myspace...sorry guys hate to do that to you, only way i can get pictures up! they were to big otherwise.

That's my favorite Warmoth Jazz V ever! Man, why can't Fender make one like that?

Do you have a cash price?

hey guys i am thinking on the cash price...sorry i lost by stupid password and couldn't log in for a little while. I have revised this though, what would totally just float my boat is a decent american P Bass...if its a slightly nicer one or different brand (lakland, nash) i would be willing to offer some cash on my end to the deal. I picked up an amp in the meantime. Sorry about that!

Are you looking for a 4 or 5 string? I don't have an American P but I do have a 4 string Spector CRFM with P/J config.
