Warmoth Precision w/Rosewood Neck

This is a bass that I recently bought here on talkbass. This is a beautiful bass, and the build quality and assembly is superb! It feels great to play. It is definitely a lot of bass for the money!

Here's the original thread for the specs and pictures:
http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f126/w...d-neck-958774/

I just want to get back what I paid for it - 750$, and I would definitely consider a trade so feel free to send me an offer :bassist:

Some gear I would be interested in:
-squier vm 5
-fender deluxe jazz 5
-a more traditional p bass
-lakland duck dunn
-anything sort of along those lines

Please feel free to send me any offers, it can't hurt!

Your link didn't take me to the original thread.

However, might this be your bass?

Yeah, your link needs correcting....

Ronald Weasley 03-16-2013 07:47 PM

Alright I think the link is fixed.

Hey, I'll have to pass on this one. I've actually got one of those basses from 2001, but with a maple fb.
Good luck!

I'm extra gasing for a lakland duck dunn now, especially with a fralin pickup. So if anybody is thinking about trading one I will make it worth their while ($$$) ;)

Any interest in a German made Warwick Thumb Bolt-On 4 string? I'm the only owner. Ovangkol body and neck. Made in 2000 and is a rare dark Ovangkol wood grain, in perfect condition with upgrades.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for a more traditional kind of bass. Good luck!

Don't normally like black but that pg makes it look gorgeous.

I really do agree. And with that dark rosewood neck too, it is and extremely classy instrument

Marc61 03-27-2013 06:23 PM

You're not in the NY area by any chance? I'm interested but would like to check it out first

Ronald Weasley 03-27-2013 06:44 PM

I wish! I'm in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I should have mentioned that earlier...

If you want you can pm me and tell me what you are looking for and I can tell you if this is it or not. I'm definitely not going to try and mislead you, though as we all know basses are pretty subjective.
