Warrior Signature 5 Virtually Mint! PICTURES! WOW!

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm putting up my lovely Warrior Signature 5 up for trade. It is near mint condition as there are no dings, dents, or scratches I can find. The pickups have a few minor scuffs and one of the tuners is missing a tiny plastic washer (does not affect tuning or playability) but that's about it. It looks and plays amazing but I might be looking for something a little different. As for trades I'm looking for fretted 5'ers or 4's. Show me what you got!

SPECS:

Weighs 8.5lbs according to the previous owner (feels like it)
34" scale
Brass frets
18.3 mm string spacing (adjustable)
Bartolini Pickups X55J1 True Single Coil Pickups
Bartolini Pre (volume, pan, bass, treble, mid, with 3/way mid freq. selector
Ash body with Flamed Walnut top
7 piece multiwood neck with Pao Ferro fretboard
Custom wood knobs
Strung with brand new set of D'addario Slowound Nickel coated strings
Includes Warrior Leather/Cloth bag and Warrior Leather strap

This makes perfect sense. That also confirms my suspicion about my (beloved) Nitti model with these same pickups (being WONDERFUL sounding single coils). IMHO, THESE are the pickups to get in a Warrior. I tried the newer J/MM config, cool, but I liked these a lot better.

Folks, this bass should be killin'

FWIW.

TBer Ricky Reed was the original owner and he told me it smoked. Aggressive like nothing he had played before.

If it doesn't have the dual X55 pickup set, you need to get this one. Seriously.

Thumbs up

Bump for a beautiful Warrior.
Very classy looking bass. I've got one with similar specs and it plays so nicely (super low action) and cuts so well in a live gig situation.

Good luck with the trade!

I'm enjoying this bass too much to let it go at this time. It's off the market.. Thanks to all for all the great offers. Merry Christmas!
