Warwick Fortress Flashback FS

Hi everybody-

I got this in a trade a few months ago. I like it, but, I have not been playing much bass as of late. Full specs at the bottom of this page:

It has some general wear; several nicks, etc. Ships in a generic hardshell case with strap locks.

925.00 shipped to lower 48.

Need a good amount of cash, but would consider unique short scale basses or a good condenser mic as part of a package.

Thanks!

Alex

Have the tuners been replaced? They look like ultralites- as opposed to the typical Gotoh-types. Also, the bridge- one of those(can't recall the name)*units? Nice bass.

Edit: *2TEK

Its a 2Tek bridge. I believe they are the hipshot tuners that would've come standard on this model; will confirm.

Beah, if I hadn't snagged a 98 Thumb BO-4 a few months ago- stressing my marriage severely as we are/were broke- I'd be concocting a kidney-for-bass trade right now.

Bump for a cool TB'er and a beautiful Warwick.

I had this for awhile and must say it has sustain for DAYS!
The 2tek bridge is amazing, I became a fan of their awesome through body bridges.
This bass has a ton of character!
The lipstick pups throw out some great passive vibes.
I would happily buy it back from you and end the thread.
BUT, JUST laid down for a rare Stingray and with the holidays approaching will need take a back seat and let it go to some other lucky TB'er for a great price!
Surprised it is still here for the price your asking!
These are VERY hard to find!!
Here is a pic I had on photobucket, wanted to share with your buyers.
Happy Thanksgiving bud!

PS, if it does not sell here, it will sell fast over on the Warwick website in their forums..Check it out.

Good price for a VERY rare, beautiful instrument. All-wenge neck! Rare and wonderful 2Tek bridge! The lipstick pickups (which have a great, warm sound) were only ever used on the Flashback. Somebody's gonna love this one.
