Warwick NT Thumb with EMG's, new frets

I recently acquired another instrument and need to sell this bass as a result to keep the herd at a specific number of basses. Thumbs are simply a great bass, the NT's are really nice, lots of wedge on this bass. The neck was re leveled and new jumbo frets added. A new custom bone nut in place of the "adjust a nut" was added to improve tone(stock nut is included, not sure why anyone would want it though). New frets where added, action is very easy to adjust, comes with Warwick's truss hex wrench. New finish on fret board as well. Some wear on the pick ups, but others very hard to find other issues with the bass, the wood is gorgeous. Overall, it's very much like a new bass, but old stock. The bass was made in 1991. So she is in extremely good shape.

I added new GHS bass boombers. I'll be lowering the action and then rubbing it down with lemon oil and wax here this weekend.

New pics with oiled thumb.

A few very tiny dings in the wood, you really have to look hard for any blemishes, one tiny one on the back(could not see it till I oiled it up again) and another on the head(which is a tiny dent, not much at that, easy to miss) is all I could find. Wood is in excellent shape, only a tiny tweak to move the action anywhere you wish(which means this neck is both aged and perfectly adjusted). The PU's have some wear on the outer housing, a little string rub, brass parts are perfect near as I can tell. You will not find a nicer older stock thumb NT unless it never was played.

Also, the EMG's are STOCK Warwick pu's, they did not start adding MEC pu's till around 1992, this is a 1991 bass.

Still for sale, TB'ers have sold thumbs with issues, BO necks for just a little less, this one does not have them issues and has nice new frets, excellent neck/truss adjustment and has new strings+ case.
