I have a Warwick Streamer Stage II 5 that has seen better days to be quite honest. I bought the bass used from Guitar Center for $1800.00 about a year ago, maybe less. I have never really played it at all, I bought it as I used to play Warwicks and just wanted another Warwick in my tone stable. I don't play bass much anymore as my percussion duties have taken over in another band so this sits and collects dust. I have listed this bass previously and it did not sell, but I would rather sell it here than on the bay. Here is the scoop on the bass, and she is a perfect candidate for anyone who can repair basses or has access to someone who can for a reasonable fee. She still plays good but has some issues. Here we go:
Headstock is dinged real well, hopefully the pics show it, someone wrote Sergio on the back of the headstock, the neck seems to me to be a bit twisted between the nut and third fret, when I had it set up by a claimed Warwick tech he popped the fretboard loose from the neck and on both sides popped some of the grain of the neck from the nut to right before the second fret. Like I said she is not pretty but plays. I am selling the bass dirt cheap as I don't need it sitting around my house collecting dust.
How does $900.00 sound for a good project bass that may be repaired to factory spec by a good luthier????? Don't know, hence the price.
Again I am asking $900 plus shipping. Thanks for your interest.
I hope you Kicked the Claimed Warwick Tech in the Nutz Bump!
