Sorry for the delay in replying to the messages regarding this bass. I wasn't receiving notifications of your incoming PM's on my hotmail account. My apologies. The bass was sold prior to your emails though.
I have a great sounding late 80's Washburn Status bass for sale. I play mainly P-bass in a Rythm and Blues band and have a few too many guitars.
I've had this bass for 5 years and its in the same condition as when I purchased it, very good. The only flaw in the finish is a paint chip at the very top of the neck, can send a picture to you in an email. The chip is small. To me it looks as though this was caused by the paint not sticking to the primer coat from the factory, it doesn't look like an impact caused the chip.
I can only load two pics here but have lots and can add specific shots if you'd like, in a private email. Or if someone could tell me how to add more pics in my post I will as well.
The remainder of the guitar is in great shape, the brass could be cleaned up a bit.

A hardshell case comes with the bass although it isn't the original one.
Price is $550 CDN (plus shipping, I'm in NS, Canada eh) if someone might be interested.
