Wilkins Road Tested Jazz

Wilkins are awesome basses, especially the newer ones. Pat builds these completely from scratch in-house. Wilkins finishes are known worldwide.

Wilkins is well known for his stellar finishes, but his basses are great too. What many may not know is that his necks play like buttah!

These are great basses!

That is one beautiful Jazz, including what looks to be a primo quartersawn neck. Bump for the WOW!

What bridge is on this? Looks like the hardware was switched up to black. Is the neck plate black as well?

Everything is black except the control plate and pickguard screws.

The bass is 8.6 lbs. This price is unreal. I purchased this bass new and can tell you I spent a lot more than this.
For those on the fence, if you are thinking about a new jazz bas (and this is practically brand new…it was finished in October) this is the one. Had I not absolutely needed to sell it, it would still be with me.
Stop looking at it, and buy it.
