WTS: Hofner Icon B "Beatle Bass"

Hofner Icon B "Beatle Bass" : Sunburst w/ Pyramid flats ($50 strings!). OHSC included. The faux alligator case is quite nice, and an improvememnt over the chipboard case that my German 500/1 came in. Action is low and the bass plays great. No buzzing. Intonation is spot on using my Boss TU-2. Fretwork is very nice; no ragged fret ends (an improvement over the German 500/1 that I had!).

No issues, though the pearloid film peeled off the pickguard and control cover. Pickguard is included, it's just not attached in the pics. Pic from the original owner; bass looks just the same in person.

Does the Hofner thing very well, actually. And at a price that is low enough to get in a Hofner bass easily

The sound is pure hollowbody Hofner.. The Pyramid flats give a very strong fundamental.

This was mine. I would buy it back if I had the $. I have the exact song I would use it for. Bump for a good bass!!!

The intonation is spot on w/ my Boss TU-2 tuner..
bdeaux sent it to me expertly set up w/ the new Pyramid strings.
