Last year, I acquired three G&L L-2500 Tributes. I would like to trade one of them for an L-2000 or possibly a JB-2, either Tribute, or a USA model along with cash to you to make the deal. I love the G&L feel, look, and sound, but want a G&L four in addition to a five.
All three of mine are Indonesian with the small logo decal. They are all in excellent condition, with the natural and blue ones being pretty much unplayed. All have recently installed strings and have been properly set up and intonated. I want to keep one of them. I would like to keep either the tobacco burst or the natural ash, and am most likely to trade the blueburst. I'll trade any of them for the right L-2000 or JB-2, however.
I'm limiting the basses I consider trading for to the following:
- Continental USA locations (not Canada)
- Indonesia L-2000s (small "Tribute series" on headstock decal) or USA L-2000s
- Indonesia JB-2s or USA JB-2 - preferably with maple fingerboard
- Excellent condition
- Gig bag or hardshell case included
