Yamaha BB1200 XLNT Condition except for...

Here is an AWESOME Late 70's / Early 80's Yamaha BB1200. Great condition, all original hardware, and plays like Sir Paul likes it! Weighs in at a Solid 9 Lbs on the B-Room Scale.

















And here's the Sticky Part. This bass was Stolen!!! And recovered. And, as it so often happens, it was a family member that hiested the bass. Somehow he figured that if he took a Grinder to the Serial number, he'd get away with it...



Other than this "Minor Flaw" the bass is in Incredable Condition, plays Great, and gives that Big P-Bass Thump.

I'd like to get my $400 back out of it, but I'd also entertain 4-String Fretted trades in the $500 - $600 range.

I'm in no Great Need to get rid of this bass. I just play other basses, and this one is too sweet to stay in the closet...

Gee, except for the serial number, that could practically be my bass. This is my flatwound bass, and is a really great player. Someone should jump on this one.

That was my first bass, except the wood around the jack busted and I had a big black washer to hold it on. And a serial number. Good bass.
