Here's a couple of potentially lethal basses. I'm trying to make a move on another instrument so I'm going to regretfully abandon these projects. Both were made in Japan.
Here's a BB1600 in what used to be Ivory but now has a cool Yellow tint to it that the pics didn't bring out. It's so sexy with the ebony fretboard against it. Previous ownner routed out the Bridge Pickup cavity for a J Bass style pickup. The neck is styled after the Yamaha's and the J bass.

The BB400 is also an alder body with an antique red stain on it. It's very resonant and not very heavy. It also fits the same neck like a glove and has the original Yamaha Heavy duty countersunk bridge on it. Previous owner had really dug in to the body just under the G string behind the pickup, so I went with it and channeled out a "dig in" trench for you thumb players. Great for muting technique.

This is a win/win situation for somebody. Both of these are going to be killer with that neck. It's ready to bolt on and comes with neckplate and screws.
