Yamaha BB605 with Bart Electronics

Here it is again, but this time it's for real. I'm going 4 string, and passive. This has been my main and sometimes only bass for years.

Yamaha BB605
Alder Body
Maple neck with a thick slab of Rosewood
Wine Red with a little Black Burst on the edges
Gold Hardware - some tarnishing but hey, it's gold
24 fret
Bartolini 5.4 A/P preamp with 3 way mid frequency toggle
Bartolini hum cancelling jazz pups
Dunlop Strap Locs
Fairly new DR Hi Beams
No Case or bag
Packed and shipped from a music store so double boxed, etc.

I haven't had to adjust the neck since I bought it. Nice variety of tones from the Barts. The neck is WONDERFUL. I like it better than some of the "boutique" basses I've had. There is a ding in the head that was there from the factory when I bought it new/damaged. Some swirls and stuff from 8 years of playing, but in really nice shape.

Let's say $375 shipped.

Pictures aren't great. I'm a better bass player than photographer. The close ups are the best indication of color.

Thanks for looking.

Hmmm...If I didn't have a G&L L2000 on the way as my backup, I probably would of picked this up and held on to it for you until you changed your mind a few months later...

That's OK, I'm ready for some comments.

I am making the switch this time. I just don't use the B string like I used to - or needed to, really. I look forward to the "challenge" of a 4 string, changing old habits and passive tone.

No shipping to Russia, sorry.
There seems to be issue with spacing. Some swear it's 19mm, I thought it was 17.5-18mm when I measured.
No trades, just sale.
