7.5 pounds
Has been refretted- set up great.
$280+ shipping
Gig bag

Very cool little bass to be honest.
It's currently serving as a "platform" for my V-Bass rig.
Neck is P-Bass like, but 32" scale. plays GREAT.

I'd describe the tone as P-Bass like but tighter and more defined.
Has a cool grindy mid-range that really cuts through.
VERY surprising on the gig how it stands up.
Sorry, no clips of any type of it to share.....
I just snatched it up locally (from another TB'r actually), but I'm kinda cleaning house and purging a bunch of stuff.
"Thinning the heard" so to speak.

Pics from previous owner (but nothing has changed)

Total memory lane bump here. I had an earlier model back in the day, with the standard bridge. Oh how I wish I still had it - such a cool instrument!

Thumbs up

I have the exact same bass. I want to point out from the pictures posted by the OP, that the tone and pickup knobs are not the original ones. The originals are in matching gold like the bridge and the rest of the hardware. Not that it really matters anyway, or should detract from it.

The main thing about this bass is the feel and sound. Personally, I love this bass. It is a medium scale, and the neck feels great. The serial number on mine dates back to 1986. The sound is great, there's a gritty but full sounding quality about it.

The variety in tone you can dial in is wonderful. The pickups are single coil and humbuckers. The 'volume' knob, closest to the input jack, is a push/pull pot. Pull it out, it goes into single coil and you can use the other two knobs to use the neck or bridge pickup, or both or a little of one or the other. Push it back in, humbucking mode, repeat tone dialing.

A rare, and quintessentially unique bass in terms of sound and look. The $280 price is a steal IMO.
