*******SOLD********
An amazingly beautiful and great sounding instrument that I reluctantly have to offer up. It is 6 months old, and I've only taken it out of the house a handful of times. It has some tiny scratches, too minor to get to show up in any pictures. They are mostly around the treble side of the bridge pickup and around the controls, and a couple are on the back near the cavity plate - you would have to look carefully in the right light to see any of them. Otherwise, the bass is in perfect condition. It is currently strung with DR Lo Riders, .30 - .130.
The shadows in my pictures are kind of deceiving - they make the finish look like it has dark areas, but it does not. If you look at the pictures on the Yamaha website, they are more representative of what the finish actually looks like.
I had a U-Retro preamp in the bass for a short time, but the original electronics have been reinstalled. It comes with the original Yamaha hardshell case. Weight is approx. 11 1/2 lbs. Check the Yamaha website for full details.
$2250 plus shipping. Local pickup in Southern Calif. can be arranged. The only item I’d be interested in trading for would be an Alleva Coppolo LM 5.
