Alright guys, I'm selling my Zon. I wish I could keep it, but I just bought a Modulus and I can't keep both. I bought this bass from Bass NW last October, making it about 8 months old. I've hardly played it since, and it's never been gigged. This bass is in absolutely like new condition; there's not a scratch on it. Here are the specs:
2005 Zon 519 Lined Fretless
Gloss finish
Ash body
Beautiful spalted maple top
Phenowood fingerboard
Graphite nut
Bartolini jazz-style pickups
ZB4 active electronics made by Bartolini
Crome hardware
Schaller Strap buttons
19mm string spacing at the bridge
35" scale
This bass absolutely sings! It really has to be heard to be believed.
I'm including the Protec case (also in new condition) that is in the picture. I'm also including the Schaller straplocks that go with the strap buttons, and the original non-locking strap buttons that came with the bass.
The retail on this bass is $4495 not including the case, but I'm selling it for $2250 shipped to the lower 48.
Here are some pics:
