I've got an older GK 1001RB. Rack ears are in a box somewhere in the closet at my parents place. If you're interested, I can try and find them when I'm home for Christmas (2 weeks)

Thanks to everyone who responded. I ended up going with a 2001RBP preamp (ordered from RMC) + QSC PLX1804. I'll let you know how that works out.
