**REDUCED to $800 Shipped in the US**
Well, I never thought I'd part with this one, but I'm looking into buying a house and need to free up some down payment money.
This is a very nice B-15 mounted in a sexy little headcase, quite light and well-balanced, easy to carry.
I bought the amp already mounted and was told by the previous owner that the amp had been fully checked out and any out of spec parts replaced.
Just to be sure, I had Wil Bailey (of THD, and amp tech to many stars of the NW) go through and give it a once-over. He said it's in fantastic shape, everything in spec. We replaced one preamp tube with a new tung-sol, and that was about it. One knob is missing. You can get an original one on ebay for $28, or a replica for $3.
Wil said the guys at THD agreed it's a very nice B-15.
There's some debate on the subject, but most people seem to agree that the magic of the B-15 is in the head, so here's a chance to have that magic in a portable package usable with cabs of your choice. Ideal for recording of course, but also usable for some gigs, depending on your playing style and cab. I ran it through an accugroove tri-115l and was getting a lot of volume.
Asking $800 shipped in the lower 48.
Due to cash-flow issues I'm only considering all-cash or "some trade/mostly cash" offers at this time...Thanks!

However, Australia has an especially harsh max dimension restriction that will make shipping this impossible, through the USPS at least.
Are there other carriers that can get around the max dimensions restriction?
To reiterate: 30lbs y'all!

If nothing else I've finally made my first TB post and you got a few free bumps
Actually the real kick in the teeth with importing gear to Australia is that there's no tax for something under $1,000 but above that there's about 10 or 15% needs to go to the taxman (never done it so I'm not sure of the %). The sting is that the postage cost is included in the value. Ouch |
