The SWR is sold. I posted pics of the two peaveys and changed the prices.

The bassist is pretty scratched up but, and the 40hz slider is missing so, I dropped it to $160. It works fine though and I have played many gigs with it direct to the board.

The probass 1000 is still $200. It is in pretty good shape and works great. This one worked really well direct to the board but prefered it in a regular amp, preamp, cab rig.

Again, Im looking for a guitar preamp so, feel free to make an offer. I already have a peavey rockmaster. Pretty cool if you add an outboard eq.

is the 40 missing to the point where it cannot be used can you stick something in there to move it up and down tweak the setting?

No. the 40 on the bassist can be used but, as you say, you need to stick something in there. I never used that slider anyway. If I wanted more or less of those frequencies just used the low control knob. In fact, direct to the board I only used the punch and bright buttons and the high and low knobs. It just plain worked for me.

Just recieved my SWR Grand Prix and couldnt be happier,it was packaged really well and is in better shape than described and sounds great.
