Hi, no it's not a typo, this is an AccuGroove Tri 12, a first production run cabinet (confirmed by Mark Wright). It's the non-neo version and a little bigger than the current Tri112L.
Overall dimensions are about 18-1/4 by 21-1/4 by 19-3/8 inches (yes it's deep). Weight is in the high 40s I believe...about the same as my Tri210L.
It's an 8 ohm cabinet, rated 350 watts.
Sounds great, looks great, no odors, no critters, etc.    
Asking $445 shipped via FedEx Home Delivery in the Continental US. It will be well packed and fully insured.
