Acme B-4 or B-2's...Your Choice!

B-4 is sold and I'm keeping the B-2's

Disclaimer: These durn things are heavy and shipping may be pricey. I'd prefer a local sale (eastern VA / NC) but will ship on your dime. I'd be glad to drive halfway to sweeten the deal. Let's talk. Now, the merchandise...

I'm up to my elbows in cabs and need to make some room. I recently acquired an LDS 8 X 8 so either the B-4 or (2) B-2's have to go. All 3 cabs are Series II and 8 ohm. One of the B-2's is a pseudo-subwoofer having only two 10" drivers which complements the full range B-2 nicely. Both the B-2's are in good condition showing the normal wear 'n tear on the corner protectors and metal edging. The B-4 is in very good condition and I am the original purchaser / owner. Also comes with a padded Tuki cover in good condition.

*Acme B-4 $400

*Acme B-2's $450 for both

I really don't care which sells...I'm keeping the remaining cab(s). Thanks for looking!

Riis

Seriously...something has to go. I'll even throw in a slightly used Rocktron Tsunami Chorus pedal.

You won't find a better quality cab(s) for this kind of dough.

For what it's worth, I have played through all the cabs! They kill! Especially that B4! That thing smokes! If I had the cash, It'd be sitting in my garage! And Riis takes good care of his equipment! We are alike in that regard!

Somebody give these cabs a new home! You won't be disappointed!

Considering the B-2 sub cab (minus the tweeter and 5" mid). Got a price for it? On you way out of the range of Irene, gonna be in the Central Ohio area? (kind of joking here) May you and all of Virginia be spared harm! PM sent.

If in the C. Ohio area.........I'd take both B-2s.

Well, I've had first right of refusal on the low b4 for half a year. I've just been told to wait. Here's to hoping he doesn't have a sale pending on the b2s

Yes, I had a couple of prospects that didn't quite pan out. Michael (Hampton) has first dibs...the B-4 will match the first box he bought from me a few months back.

Hi, sent you a PM re. shipping.

In your opinion, how do the tone, response, and volume of the 410 compare with that of the 2x210 stack? How about 410 vs. a single 210?

Thanks!

As a matter of record, the vertically stacked B-2's have better "projection" as the frequencies are not elbowing each other as they rush headlong towards the audience. Not an overly scientific explanation but neither is "magic smoke". The volume and tone are about the same but closer to the ears instead of blowing into the backs of your calves.
