This is a JC Maillet clone.

It is one of his PCBs built by Talkbasser PAS with a few extra options added in from schematic additions from JC: such as the fuzz blend, better fuzz bypassing, internal power supply, fuzz led, XLR out with its own vol control on the rear (plus a 1/4 controlled on the front), and an active/passive switch on the input.

This preamp looks very well designed and built. A little pricey but probably worth it. I loved those 360's having used them in the past, I might have to get one of these preamps since nothing else I have found can simulate that transient 360 sound.
