Acoustic Image Focus 1 Series II w/ bag, power cable

I've used Acoustic Image amps almost exclusively for about a decade. They have the best customer service and best transferable warranty policy of any company I've ever dealt with. If anything goes wrong, you just have to ship it to Rick and he'll fix it (and possibly upgrade it) free of charge. He even covers return shipping. I've never needed to use the warranty on any of them, since they never break.

I bought this amp from the first owner as a backup and higher wattage option to my Clarus. I have barely used it, and only need one AI head. It has no issues and is in great physical shape. $SOLD shipped

Owner's manual: http://www.acousticimg.com/docs/manual_amp_head.pdf

Thanks Jeff, that means a lot coming from you - are you still on tour with Wanda Jackson?

Wanted to second Aaron's comments on the warranty. I got a Focus 1 S2 here on TB (making me the third owner, at least), and after some time and use, burned out a transformer or something. Called up AI, and they did some over-the-phone diagnosis. Then they said "Ok, ship it over and we'll take care of it." That was it -- the repaired the amp, put it in a new bag, sent it back, no cost to me. VERY nice to deal with on the phone as well. I like the amp, but it's the service that pretty much guarantees I'll keep it forever -- you just don't find many companies like this any more!

And it doesn't hurt that it's a 600w amp that weighs about the same as a hardback book...

Good luck with the sale!

So this one does not support 2-ohm loads? How many speaker-outs, and are they Speakon or 1/4"?

And why is it that Acoustic Image seems to be the only Class-D power supply that does (but, I guess, not all the time)?

I presume 4 ohms is the minimum. It isn't rated at 2 ohms, unlike my Clarus of the same series. It has two speakon outputs.

The outputs are Speakon and Acoustic Image ending up deciding that 2 ohms was okay, IIRC. I had a Focus II and liked it a lot, running with a Schroeder 1210.
