Any interest in this bass: FS/T: 1980's MIJ Yamaha BB1600 in trade for either the ADA or the Navigator, +/- cash?

Edit: Sorry, I just realized I already offered you this bass recently and you passed on it. Well, let me know if you change your mind.

Bump for the MB-1.

UGH! Just bought one off the 'bay - overdrive didn't work. Waiting for refund. Debating, debating...

You may want to check the TUBES in the unit. That's what controls the overdrive side of the MB-1. Maybe they're loose from shipping, or something like that.

That's the first thing I did. I think it was the toshiba switch. Not my problem anymore.

Great unit - I have 2 - used them exclusively as my preamp since the mid-90's - in fact, I bought my 1st one new about 2 months before ADA disappeared. (And it's still going strong, original tubes yet!)

Every time I even THINK about changing my setup, I end up back to the ADA, because where else can you get a solid state and tube input section (either/or, mixable, with seperate EQ voicings for each!), tube overdrive, 5 band EQ (3 middle bands selectable), compressor, chorus and 2 FX loops (with seperate send and return levels) - AND have all that programmable and saved with many patch locations; and then also have an XLR DI out (selectable pre/post, with ground lift) AND a full range 1/4" out along with built in HI/LO Biamp outs, with a limiter?

ONE rack space.

Never will sell either of mine......

....er....

...BUMP!

Still available. Make an offer - last bump before it goes on evilbay. Would love to trade it for a 4 string bass of some sort.
