Aguilar DB 728 All tube power amp

Ohhh I hate to do this but due to looming layoffs, I need to stash some cash and sell off a few items...

Up for sale is an Aguilar DB 728...For those who haven't played through one, this thing will eat SVT's for lunch...Tons and Tons of headroom, lush thick tone, and very easy to maintain and bias..I'd love to keep this one but unfortunately the gigs I play are not worthy of such an amp! I know this will be one of those items I'll kick myself later for selling. I'd love to do a local sale or semi-local sale (discount) or I will be willing to ship to the lower 48.

$1350

Not sure if it has the original power tubes..maybe "koobie" can chime in on this..The driver tubes are vintage GE...Never had a problem and the amp always fired up and worked flawlessly.

More Pics to come!! My fiancee has the camera with her...

NO TRADES!!!!! NO LOWBALLERS!!!!

I have one of these (newer version with the Speakon terminals) and it is indeed a great sounding power amp. Particularly if you can find a DB680 (or DB659) preamp to drive it. And it has more power than you will likely ever need!

Good luck with the sale.

Pics as promised....The scratches look way way worse on camera than they do in person....Lots of nibbles so far but no takers!
